William N. Snell

Attorney William N. Snell has been practicing law for over 35 years. He is licensed in Washington State and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Bill held the position of Chief Hearing Examiner for the City of Seattle for five years, ending in 1979. Since that time, he has devoted his career to real estate, land use, administrative licensing and municipal related law. Bill has successfully represented and defended individuals, professionals, businesses and municipalities in a wide variety of cases, and is a strong advocate for you before your regulatory agency or in court.

As Chief Hearing Examiner for the City of Seattle, he presided over administrative hearings and made decisions on land use and licensing matters. This experience provided him with a background in his practice areas.
